Action Child Aid projects
Through projects focusing on education, rights, sanitation and health, Action Child Aid supports marginalized children and communities in India. By involving the local community, we create local anchoring and ownership from beginning to end. This makes projects sustainable and long-lasting. All projects are run in close cooperation with local partners in India who know the local area and the population well.
Covid-19 response
The covid-19 pandemic has hit the poorest part of India hard. The project aims to educate the local people in hygiene and securing school attendance.
Better Sanitation – Better Health
In the state of Orissa, education is needed to limit open defecation, as it has far-reaching and adverse health consequences for society as a whole.

Sponsorships in Action Child Aid
Through Action Child Aid, you can support vulnerable children and young people. We offer several types of sponsorships, schooling and education of children, support for children in orphanages as well as nursing education for young women. You can support a single child or young person, but you can also sponsor a group of children.
Orphanage in Kanyakumari
Through the sponsorships, Action Child Aid supports an orphanage on India’s southernmost tip in Kanyakumari, where the children have a safe upbringing.
Flowerence Vignan School and Boarding
With the school and orphanage, Action Child Aid helps the poorest and most vulnerable children in creating a future for themselves.
